We stand by the quality of our plants, and all merchandise sold in our greenhouse, and therefore we’re pleased to accept returns for purchases made at our store. Returns must include the merchandise plus accompanying receipt. (Lost the receipt? If you are a Bloom Bucks Rewards member, no worries, we can look it up.)

All returns must be accompanied by the original cash receipt, product, and sales tag for return, including plants.
conditions

  • Unsellable merchandise (planted or dead plants) are eligible for in store credit only. Annuals can not be returned unless they are in re-sellable condition.
  • Re-sellable merchandise or live plants that have not been planted and are still in their original container are eligible for a refund, within 30 days.
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Check refunds have a 14 day waiting period before refund is issued.
  • Replacement plant(s) purchased with a store credit are not warrantied.
  • Warranties do not cover acts of nature, frost/freeze damage or drought. We reserve the right to void any/all warranty coverage due to under or over watering or neglect.
  • Previous purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment during one-day sales.

boxwood Warranty

Farmer John’s typically offers a one-year warranty on plants that fail to thrive due to factors related to the initial planting process. However, due to the growing threat of invasive pests specifically the Box Tree Moth, all boxwood sales are now final and no longer covered under our warranty. This change ensures we can continue offering high-quality plant material while addressing emerging environmental risks.

holiday Decor policy

  • Holiday decor accompanied by a gift receipt will be issued a store credit only.
  • Please note that Sunday, November 30th is the last day to return holiday decor. Holiday decor purchased after November 30th is final sale.
