DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our design consultation provides in-store inspiration to give you the tools you need to create a beautiful and unique landscape.  Based on the information you provide we will create a to-scale, plan view, personalized design.  This design can then be used as a roadmap as you plant your garden.

Each design includes one area of your yard (front, back, or side).  The design will show the suggested placement and labeling of all plant materials. We do not have an insulation team, this service is for homeowners that want to do the planting themselves. At this time we cannot design hard structures such as sidewalks, walls, decks, patios, etc.

The consultation will include one half-hour meeting with our designer.  Bring in a mortgage survey and/or measurements  (required), photographs of the area you want to be designed from multiple views, the direction the area faces (north, south, etc.) and any plant likes or dislikes.  Pictures of plants or landscapes you admire are also helpful.  Once the design is complete, there will be a final meeting with our designer and one opportunity for changes.  Any additional changes after the final meeting will be $25/hour.

The design fee is $400 which includes a $300 Farmer John’s gift card. Payment is due at the time of the initial consultation and is nonrefundable.
