Chamomile is known for its calming, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic properties, commonly used to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, soothe digestive issues, and treat skin irritations.

CARE NOTES:
Grow in sunny, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil or containers.
Water well after planting – maintain 1” of water once a week throughout the growing season.
Feed with a slow-release fertilizer during the growing season.
Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
Harvest daisy-like flower heads when fully open and petals are flat or just beginning to droop, typically in the afternoon on a dry day, to encourage more blooms.
