Spinach is a succulent green that grows upright and fast for a clean, easy harvest. This cold crop is also fairly heat resistant and slow to bolt; perfect for the fall through spring harvest in salads or sautéed and tossed in pasta.

CARE NOTES:
Maturity – 45 Days
Grow in sunny, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil or containers.
Water well after planting – maintain 1” – 2″ of water once a week throughout the growing season.
Feed with a slow-release fertilizer during the growing season.
Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
