Look for ‘Self Blanche’ cauliflower producing 7″ wide, medium sized, flavorful, snow ball type heads. Its curd remains pure white due to its extraordinary foliage that curls upward and covers the cauliflower acting as a shade and keeping the sun from spoiling its color and flavor.

CARE NOTES:
Maturity – 68 Days
Grow in sunny, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil or containers.
Water well after planting – maintain 1” of water once a week throughout the growing season.
Feed with a slow-release fertilizer during the growing season.
Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
Cauliflower is best when planted early May with frost protection as it stops growing when it gets hot.
