A sweet, mild version of its cousin oregano is an annual herb with low growing, ornamental, golden foliage that can be used fresh or dried with any meat, sausage, potatoes and stuffing. Tolerates dry soil conditions.

CARE NOTES:
Grow in sunny, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil or containers.

Water well after planting – maintain 1” of water once a week throughout the growing season.

Feed with a slow-release fertilizer during the growing season.

Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature.

Harvest 1/3 of the new, tender foliage in the morning. Dry or freeze extra for future use.
