- This deciduous plant produces cone-shaped, cream or lime green to varying shades of pink flower clusters midsummer to autumn
- Blooms on new wood every year.
- The blooms can be full panicles or lacy, and can reach 12″ in length
- Plant in well-drained to moist, amended soil
- Water well after planting
- Prune in late fall to early spring to control size and form, down to a 10-12″ ball
- Deadhead flowers anytime for repeat blooming
- Feed early spring and mid-summer with a slow release fertilizer
- Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture and protect against extremes of soil temperature
