All returns require original cash register receipt and plant (Alive/Dead) or other items.

Boxwood Warranty Policy update

Farmer John’s typically offers a one-year warranty on plants that fail to thrive due to factors related to the initial planting process. However, due to the growing threat of invasive pests—specifically the Box Tree Moth—all boxwood sales are now final and no longer covered under our warranty. This change ensures we can continue offering high-quality plant material while addressing emerging environmental risks.

Conditions

1. Non-saleable merchandise, planted or dead plants are eligible for store credit, good for 1 year.
2. Re-saleable merchandise or live plants that have not been planted and are still in their original container are eligible for a refund, within 30 days.
3. Replacement plants or plant purchased with a store credit are not warranted.
4. Clearance items are final sale.
5. Checks have a 14 day waiting period, before refund is issued.
6. Check refund over $50.00 will be mailed a check.
7. Warranties do not cover acts of nature, frost, freeze or drought. We reserve the right to void any/all warranty coverage due to lack of watering or neglect.

Holiday Policy

• Holiday Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and sales tag for return. All returns must be in saleable condition.
• All holiday decor is final sale.
• Merchandise returned will receive a refund by method paid.
• Holiday Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt will be issued a store credit only.
• Please note that Sunday, December 5th is the last day to return Christmas items
