Original cash register receipts are required for returns, warranties or exchanges. Items (dead or alive) which need credit must be present at time of return.

Shrubs Trees & Rose Bushes-
1 year if items purchased at 25% off
6 months if items purchased at 50% off
Perennials - 3 months
Houseplants - 1 month
Annuals - no warranty
Warranty Policy Conditions
- warranties begin on original date of purchase.
- replacement plants are not warranted.
- Non-Saleable, or dead plants are eligible for a merchandise credit.
- Warranties do not cover acts of god conditions such as frost or drought.
- Farmer Johns has the right to void any or all warranty coverage due to lack of care due to over or under watering, animal damage, neglect or falsifying customer information.
- Purchases made by check will require a 14 day waiting period before refund is given.
- Cash or check refunds for $150 or more will be issued by check and mailed within 7 business days.
